Can you tell more about your added value in your position as Sales Director in the Maritime/Industrial Catering department?
I do my best every day to create and maintain a fun and exciting workplace where everyone can learn, develop, and achieve their personal goals while contributing to our department’s and the company’s goals. Our team works hard every day to exceed our customers’ expectations and create value for their business and other stakeholders of B&S.
How did your B&S journey look up until now?
I left B&S temporarily to gain experience in a food-producing, retail-related company, but always with the intention to return to B&S one day. The truly global reach, the special markets we serve, the can-do innovative mindset and the wide range of foodstuffs and global brands we sell create unlimited opportunities. All these aspects make B&S a unique and great company to work for. I re-joined back in August 2012 and enjoyed every minute ever since.
What is the most valuable lesson you have learned at B&S?
There is a solution for every challenge. Sometimes, it takes time and might cost a bit of money, but we make it happen, whatever it takes.
Can you share a fun fact about yourself?
I am a big fan of FC Dordrecht, a small but great football club. I don’t miss an opportunity to promote the club with colleagues and take them to the stadium.
