Yunus Emre Çirçir
Last year, I started my journey as a graduate intern in the IT department of B&S as a Business Process Analyst. During my internship, I combined two semesters into one, conducting research on optimising the ERP system at B&S alongside a project focused on process-oriented work. This experience gave me valuable insights into the company, how users interact with the system, and how we can improve knowledge retention. It also gave me opportunities to better align the system with customer needs.
After successfully completing my thesis, I transitioned into a full-time role here. I am proud to now play a key role in running the business as I provide support, onboard new customers and suppliers, and implement and test system changes.
This opportunity has strengthened my interest in the commercial side of IT, and I am eager to contribute to future positive changes in this dynamic field.
