Commerce
Our sales and purchase department truly reflects our international character. Working with many different nationalities gives our sales and purchase department a unique global footprint. This department is the backbone of our commercial department and the home base for globetrotting networkers who zealously work to secure the best deals and keep everyone involved happy. We work together as a team to deliver maximum results for B&S and all our business partners worldwide.

Tech
Our tech department unites highly skilled professionals from a wide variety of disciplines, including data science, development, infrastructure, and e-commerce. By working even more closely together, we can further digitalise our organisation and apply the latest technologies. We are constantly improving our processes, from building a new webshop to developing a better forecasting model and rolling out new applications. Our team consists of tech-savvy colleagues with an innovative mindset.

Supply Chain
To keep our supply chain competitive, we must continually optimise and digitalise every step of our logistical process. For example, we’ve robotized parts of our logistic process and are currently realising a collecting or picking process with robotic arms. Our logistics involving locations all over the world make them very challenging and even more interesting. At B&S, you can find all the complexity in the supply chain you are looking for.

As B&S’s unofficial matchmaker, our Human Resources department connects our employees with our organisation. Finance & Accounting
The Finance Department is an increasingly crucial sparring partner for internal departments. The various disciplines within the Finance department are divided into different fields of expertise: Business Control, Financial Control, and Financial Accounting. Finance is very non-hierarchic: it’s ideas, not job titles, that count. In addition, there is always room for feedback and discussion of ideas. We believe the best results are achieved through open communication and teamwork.

Our facility team ensures that B&S is a safe and suitable environment to work and socialize. In addition, we ensure an optimal match between the demand for and the supply of facility services. For our department, it is crucial to remain flexible in order to move and improve with the company. The typical facility employee is always looking for ways to make working life easier and more pleasurable, has good communication skills, and is energetic.
