Reach your full potential as Customer Care Specialist
As a Customer Care Specialist, you are responsible for the flawless processing of retail orders and collaborate closely with colleagues from stock management, purchasing, finance, logistics and sales. You’ll join a diverse, international team where you get a lot of autonomy and ownership. You know what needs to be done, and take the lead when action is needed.
What you’ll do
- Process and follow up on orders for retail clients
- Coordinate with internal departments and external customers
- Spot and resolve issues in the order process
- Keep all records and admin up to date
- Coordinate the full order flow from start to finish
This is you
You combine structure with a proactive mindset. You like fixing things and don’t shy away from tough conversations. You take initiative, work independently, and communicate clearly and professionally.
You:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office-based role
- Have excellent command of the English language
- Are accurate and a strong communicator
- Are confident when dealing with clients
- Take ownership and work independently
