Reach your full potential as Business Operations Support
Are you an administrative jack-of-all-trades with a keen eye for detail and a passion for purchasing processes? We are looking for a driven Business Operations Support to strengthen our purchasing team. In this role you are responsible for supporting our Purchase Managers and managing various administrative tasks in our ERP system BIT.
Your responsibilities:
- Administrative preparation of purchasing positions.
- Processing prices and conditions in the ERP system BIT.
- Creating and setting up suppliers in BIT.
- Administrative processing of new or changed articles in BIT.
- Requesting and processing product data (BIT and possibly in connections with other systems)
- Optimizing administrative purchasing processes
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Manage contracts and contract data
Additional tasks:
- Improving data quality in BIT, with a focus on pallets and product data.
- Implementing process improvements, including language registration.
- Supporting sales processes related to data.
- Supporting deal processes and price agreements.
- Developing product portfolios.
This is you
- HBO work and thinking level Experience with ERP systems
- experience with BIT is an advantage.
- Strong administrative skills and an eye for detail.
- Commercial mindset.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good command of the Dutch and English language.
