We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our Marketing team at King of Reach by B&S, our global distribution brand connecting retailers, cruise lines, and travel-retail operators with leading food and beverage brands.
Reach your full potential as a Digital Marketing Specialist
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our B2B digital marketing strategy, driving visibility, engagement, and performance through email marketing and organic social media across international markets.
You’ll collaborate closely with the brand, design, e-commerce, and sales teams to align campaigns, share insights, and turn data into action. This is your chance to combine creativity with analytics and be part of a team that connects brands and people worldwide.
Your day-to-day activities
- Email Marketing: create, optimise, and report on B2B email campaigns that inspire engagement and generate leads. Manage contact segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking to continuously improve results.
- Organic Social Media: plan and publish engaging organic content across LinkedIn and other relevant B2B platforms, ensuring a consistent tone of voice and alignment with brand campaigns.
- Campaign Strategy & Coordination: work cross-functionally with the marketing, e-commerce, and sales teams to align campaign objectives, ensure accurate product information, and deliver cohesive messaging across all touchpoints.
- Performance & Analytics: use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), UTMs, and dashboards to track performance, analyse user behaviour, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Creative Collaboration: collaborate with our brand specialists, designers, and event teams to develop eye-catching visuals, engaging copy, and strategic storytelling using tools like Canva (Pro) and other creative platforms.
- Strategic Input: provide insights and ideas on improving campaign performance, experimenting with new formats, and identifying opportunities for digital growth.
This is you
You’re a proactive, data-driven marketer who loves seeing creative ideas come to life through measurable impact. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy bridging creative and commercial goals.
You have:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B or international environment.
- Proven experience with email marketing and organic social media.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and campaign tracking.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills; you’re confident managing multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Canva (Pro); experience with Adobe Suite or Figma is a plus.
- A proactive mindset, adaptability, and strong attention to detail.
- Fluent English or Dutch communication skills, both written and verbal.
