Reach your full potential as a Business Controller
As a Business Controller, you will be part of our Finance team, consisting of a Finance Director, six controllers, and seven administrators. You will report directly to the Finance Director and manage two FTEs. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues from Sales, Commercial departments, and the Managing Director.
You will play a key role in providing financial insights, directly contributing to strategic decision-making and the optimization of our business operations. You will review management reports, develop and monitor budgets, and ensure financial targets are met. Your in-depth analyses and clear reports form the foundation for well-substantiated strategic choices. With your expertise, you will elevate the business control function and contribute to the further professionalization of our financial processes.
What will you do?
- Further develop our Power BI dashboards and enhance their value in collaboration with the commercial teams
- Conduct deep dives into the performance of airport locations, identifying opportunities to optimize revenue and margins
- Perform monthly analysis of the P&L and key balance sheet items
- Contribute to forecasting and budgeting
- Provide ad hoc support to the management team on various business cases and airport tenders
- As a senior member of the team, contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department and mentor junior controllers
- Take full responsibility for the month-end and year-end closing of one of the largest airport locations in the Capi-Lux portfolio, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the Balance Sheet & P&L

Your true strength lies in translating financial insights into impactful advice for senior management. You think strategically, ask critical questions, and challenge the organization to think ahead. With your expertise and persuasive communication, you influence decision-making processes and help steer the company toward its financial and commercial objectives. You play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of our organization.
You:
- Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Have at least five years of experience, with a portion in an advanced business controlling role
- Can collaborate with various departments and positively influence stakeholders
- Are experienced with Excel and Power BI and can quickly adapt to financial systems
- Have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
