In this role, you will be responsible for visiting retailers and perfumeries. You will work in a team of four, with each person responsible for their own region. The team consists of a mix of young and experienced colleagues who encourage each other to grow and learn from one another. Once a month, the entire team comes together to discuss results and participate in brand training sessions. The team culture is open and informal, with excellent customer service as the top priority. In this role, you will be responsible for

  • Achieving KPIs in your region based on in-store sell-out performance for all brands. You maximize visibility, identify opportunities for increased visibility and sales in stores, and ensure new launches are successfully displayed and sold.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the various stores in your region, providing excellent service to store managers, beauty advisors, and customers.
  • Building relationships with store managers and regional managers to achieve maximum sell-out results and ensure our brands are displayed according to brand guidelines.
  • Sharing your knowledge by providing on-the-floor training. Signature Beauty brands are your top priority.
  • Participating during key sell-out moments to demonstrate the best ways to sell our brands and achieve sell-out targets (this may include evenings and weekends).
  • Training, inspiring, and motivating beauty advisors and store managers in your stores.

This is you
With your retail experience, you are driven in your work and always striving for success. Since the busiest times are evenings, weekends, and holidays, you are flexible. Ideally, you work from Tuesday to Saturday, in consultation. You are proactive, entrepreneurial, and a bit bold. You’re not afraid to approach people and enjoy being on the road. No day is the same, and your car is your office!

You:

  • Have completed a commercial education, at least MBO level 4.
  • Have at least three years of experience as a Sales Representative or traveling Regional/Account Manager.
  • Have retail experience, preferably in beauty and cosmetics.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Are self-reliant and thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
  • Have an excellent command of Dutch and basic knowledge of English.

  • A temporary contract for maternity leave cover.
  • A salary of up to €3,500 per month (based on full-time employment).
  • A company lease car.
