Reach your full potential as Sales Support – Duty Free America’s
As a Sales Support Specialist for the Duty Free America’s department, you will work with the American market, including South America, Central Americas, Caribean and North Americas. In this role, you will combine administrative and organizational tasks, coordinating the entire order process from A to Z. You will be in daily contact with customers, prepare quotations, and ensure that orders are delivered correctly and on time. You will collaborate closely with internal departments such as Purchase and Logistics, acting as a key link within the organization. With your support, you contribute to the growth of our distribution network, containing predominantly premium brands, in the entire Americas.

Customer relations? You are the perfect point of contact: service-oriented, goal-driven, and proactive. You always keep an overview, making sure all orders arrive at the right time and place. On top of that, you bring enthusiasm and persistence to the table.
You:
- Have an MBO 4 diploma
- Have experience in an administrative role, preferably in supply chain or a similar field
- Have excellent communication skills and speak fluent English (Spanish is a strong plus!)

- A good salary in line with your experience, plus a yearly fixed Christmas bonus and a performance dependent bonus
- Initially, a one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment
