Are you an administrative whiz with an eye for detail? Do you enjoy finding solutions and keeping things organized? Then you’re the hands-on administrative talent we’re looking for!

In this role, you’ll handle system-generated dossiers from start to finish. You’ll submit customs declarations, monitor their progress, and resolve any errors, from missing to incorrect codes. You’ll also ensure that all required transport documents are accurate and complete before each shipment. Even in busy times, you stay calm and keep everything running smoothly on the administrative side.

Push your boundaries as a Logistics Administrative Assistant
You’ll be part of the fast-paced world of logistics, where things are constantly in motion. In this daily hustle, your eye for detail is crucial. You’ll join our Expedition & Customs team, where you'll work with colleagues to submit accurate customs declarations and solve any issues that arise.

A typical workday includes:

  • Processing transport files such as packing lists, invoices, and customs documents
  • Submitting and monitoring customs declarations
  • Resolving customs declaration issues, tracking document flows, and registering documents in Portbase
  • Preparing transport documentation

This is you
You're known for strong planning, organization, and attention to detail. With your precise and hands-on mindset, you make sure everything gets done.

You:

  • Have MBO level 4 working and thinking skills
  • Are proficient in English; Dutch is a plus
  • Have experience with administrative tasks
  • Experience in a similar role or with logistics documentation is a plus

  • A maximum salary of €3,000, depending on your experience, plus a yearly fixed Christmas bonus and a performance-dependent bonus.
