Reach your full potential as a Safety & Security Specialist
You’ll be part of the Safety & Security team within the Corporate Facility department and report directly to the Safety & Security Manager.
As a Safety & Security Specialist, you’ll contribute to implementing the Safety & Security policy at B&S Group, both nationally and internationally. You’ll ensure a safe working environment and monitor security measures to meet the required standards. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to become the key point of contact for all matters related to Safety & Security.
What will you do?
- Optimise daily OBE security measures for various locations
- Draft, update, and implement risk assessments and evaluations (RI&E) and follow up on action plans
- Coordinate incidents and corporate emergencies
- Support workplace inspections and audits
- Investigate fraud and theft
- Manage emergency response organisations across different locations
- Oversee security systems during projects and renovations
- Ensure certifications in the field of Safety & Security

You:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Security or Health & Safety Management
- Have 2–4 years of relevant work experience; experience in a corporate organisation is a plus
- Have experience in a project-based environment involving service, installation, and commissioning work
- Are proficient in both Dutch and English, spoken and written
