What you'll do?
Together with the Shop Manager, you're the driving force behind our team. A tight-knit, stable crew of all-rounders who keep our multi-category store running like clockwork. Your role? Stay on top of everything. You plan schedules, organize the floor, motivate your team members, and coach where needed. Communication, leadership, inspiration – you do it effortlessly.
Meanwhile, you ensure the store looks impeccable and every passenger gets the service they deserve. No two moments are the same. One minute you're solving a problem, the next you jump in on the floor, and in between you're celebrating wins with your team.
Working hours
9 to 5? Not here. This airport operates 365 days a year, from 05:30 to 21:00. Sundays, holidays, early mornings, late evenings – it's all part of the deal. Flexibility isn't a question, it's a must. Plans that shift, crowds that surge, situations that demand quick thinking – you actually love it.
