Push boundaries as a Supervisor
As a Supervisor, you will share responsibility with the Shop Manager for leading the team at Brussels Airport. This enjoyable and stable team consists of all-rounders working in our electronics store. Together, you ensure that the shop is always in excellent condition and that every passenger receives friendly and professional assistance. You’ll be planning, organising, motivating, and coaching on a daily basis excellent communication skills and plenty of enthusiasm are a must!
Brussels Airport is a vibrant location where no two days are the same. That’s why it’s essential that you don’t have a standard 9 to 5 mindset and are comfortable with working flexible hours. We are open every day of the year (yes, including Sundays and public holidays!) from 04:00 to 22:00, and your shifts will fall within this time frame. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt easily to changing situations each day brings a new challenge. Up for it? Then Brussels Airport could be the perfect place for you!
What we’re looking for:
You’re available full-time (40 hours per week);
You have 1–2 years of relevant retail experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor;
You are able to reach Brussels Airport at any time;
You have a strong commercial mindset and act accordingly;
You have a good command of the English language knowledge of Dutch and French is a definite advantage.
