Push your limits as a Logistics Employee in a Freezer Environment
As a logistics employee, you will work in a dynamic environment where you ensure a smooth logistics process. This includes:
- Collecting products and checking them for quality and quantity
- Loading and unloading goods
- Ensuring that products are placed in the correct location in the warehouse
- Preparing and packing orders for shipment
- Checking incoming and outgoing goods
- Operating a forklift or reach truck (we will help you obtain a certificate!)
- Collaborating with a close-knit team to ensure everything runs efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Working in a freezer environment at -20°C (appropriate protective clothing is provided).
This is you
You enjoy working with colleagues in a logistics environment. You have a proactive work attitude and always work accurately and at a steady pace.
You:
- Are physically fit and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves
- Have no problem working in a cold environment (-20°C);
- Speak basic Dutch and/or English
- Can work in rotating shifts from 06:00 to 15:00 or from 15:00 to 00:00
- Have a forklift or reach truck certificate or are willing to obtain one with us
- Experience in logistics is a plus, but not a must – we are happy to teach you!
What we offer you
- A cold and freezer allowance of €1 gross per hour;
- A retention bonus of €250 gross;
- In addition to your salary, an annual fixed Christmas bonus and a performance-based bonus
- Irregular shift allowances of 125%, 135%, and 150% for evening hours
- 25 vacation days and the option to buy and earn extra days
- Travel reimbursement for up to 75 km one-way commute or a remote work allowance if you work from home
- The opportunity to take training and courses relevant to your role and growth ambitions, including forklift and reach truck certification
