For our store at Bremen Airport, we are looking for a Supervisor who meets the following criteria.

 

Push your boundaries as a Supervisor


As a Supervisor, you’ll work alongside the Shop Manager to lead the team at Bremen Airport. This friendly and stable team consists of all-rounders in our multi-category store. Together with them, you ensure that the store runs smoothly and that every passenger receives excellent service. You’ll plan, organize, motivate, and coach constantly. So, strong communication skills and enthusiasm are a must!

As you can imagine, Bremen Airport is a vibrant place where no two days are the same. That’s why it's important you don’t have a 9-to-5 mentality and that flexibility comes naturally to you. Our store is open every day of the year (yes, even on Sundays and holidays!) from 04:30 to 22:00, so your working hours will fall within that range. You enjoy thinking on your feet and handling fast-changing situations. Up for a challenge? Then Bremen Airport might be the perfect fit for you!

Who you are

  • You are available full-time (40 hours per week);
  • You have 1–2 years of relevant retail experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor;
  • You are able to get to the airport at all times;
  • You have a natural commercial mindset and attitude;
  • You speak both German and English well.
