You’ll take charge of both our house brand King of Reach and a portfolio of iconic A-brands like Mars, Diageo, Pernod Ricard, Heineken, Hershey’s, and more. From concept to execution, from internal pitch to external splash, you’ll lead the charge in making our brands unmissable across Duty-Free and Travel Retail channels.

Your mission

As Brand Specialist, you’ll be the linchpin between internal teams and external stakeholders. You’ll plan, create, and activate brand strategies that break through the noise and drive commercial impact globally.

You’ll work as part of a tight-knit brand team of four, including an intern giving you the space to lead independently, while staying grounded in day-to-day execution and creative teamwork.

You will:

  • Lead the local execution of product introductions, relaunches and market entries, ensuring seamless activation across all touchpoints.
  • Develop annual brand and marketing plans in alignment with commercial, purchasing and supplier teams.
  • Create bold, engaging content tailored for multiple markets across digital, in-store, PR and social.
  • Drive in-store promotional strategies that encourage impulse buys and real-time customer interaction.
  • Represent brands with confidence presenting to clients, suppliers and senior stakeholders with clarity and flair.
  • Be the go-to brand guardian, managing A-brand relationships while elevating our own King of Reach identity.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Purchase, and Supply Chain teams to ensure every campaign lands just right.
  • Own your budget like a boss delivering high-impact activation that’s as smart as it is effective.
  • Stay sharp tracking trends, tools and market shifts to keep our brands ahead of the curve.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 4–5+ years’ experience in brand activation, trade marketing, or commercial brand roles
  • Proven ability to manage brand portfolios across multiple channels and regions
  • Confidence in leading presentations and influencing internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills you’re a planner, a doer, and a finisher
  • A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset you spot the opportunity and run with it
  • Clear, engaging communication skills with excellent command of English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Resilience and drive to perform in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment

  • A competitive salary in line with your experience, plus a yearly fixed Christmas bonus and a performance dependent bonus
  • Initially, a one-year contract with the prospect of  permanent employment

  • A travel allowance of up to 75 km on single trip travel when working at the office, or an allowance if you’re working remotely (from home)
