Push your boundaries as Shop Manager at Bremen Airport

As a Shop Manager at Capi, you are the ambassador of our stores. You maintain an overview and ensure the smooth operation of your store. You communicate with various departments such as Purchasing, Logistics, and Marketing. You also work closely with the Supervisor in your store.

You lead one of our stores and, together with your sales team, ensure that goals are achieved one of them being creating an attractive and representative store. You are also responsible for ensuring both the quantitative and qualitative staffing of the store to maximize sales. By providing the right guidance to your team, you ensure that all procedures are properly followed. Most of your time will be spent on the shop floor, managing your team and engaging with travelers. This way, you remain aware of everything happening in the store.

This is you

You are hands-on; you prefer working on the shop floor with your team rather than in the office. You also enjoy constructive collaboration with head office departments such as Purchasing, Marketing, and Logistics. You like to achieve your ambitions within a dynamic working environment.

You:

  • Have a higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working
  • Have experience managing large teams (>20) and other managers
  • Have at least 3–5 years of experience in retail, for example as Supervisor, Team Leader, or (Assistant) Shop Manager
  • Speak German and English fluently
  • Describe yourself as a hands-on manager
  • Think creatively and solution-oriented
  • Can collaborate with head office departments such as Purchasing, Marketing, and Logistics
  • Are flexible: you are available from Monday to Sunday and can reach Bremen Airport early in the morning or late at night by bike, car, or public transport. Our opening hours are between 05:00 and 22:00.

We offer you

  • A competitive salary in line with your experience, plus the opportunity to earn commission
  • Holiday allowance
  • Christmas bonus
  • 26 vacation days per calendar year for full-time employment
  • Monthly transportation allowance of €58 gross based on full-time employment (net if you provide a transportation ticket)
  • An amazing, dedicated team, with colleagues who inspire you every day
  • Employees receive up to 15% discount on exclusive brands such as Dior, Rituals, and Estée Lauder
