As a front desk assistant, you play a crucial role in streamlining logistics processes and supporting drivers.
Push your boundaries as a Front Desk Assistant in Logistics
As a front desk assistant in our organization, you will greet drivers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. You’ll be the first point of contact and ready to assist them. Your tasks will include:
Welcoming drivers and visitors at the reception
Providing information about locations, routes, and procedures
Directing drivers to the correct location within our logistics center
Processing required documents and performing administrative tasks
Answering phone calls and emails
Maintaining order and cleanliness at the reception desk
This is you
You are motivated and looking for a flexible part-time job. With your strong social skills, you communicate well with customers—even in a busy environment, you stay efficient and focused.
You:
Are available two evenings per week, approximately from 17:00 to 23:00
Preferably speak both Dutch and English
Can work independently and take responsibility
Have an interest in logistics processes (experience is a plus)
Are flexibly available
