Reach your full potential as a Key Account Manager
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our partner network and managing relationships within the beauty industry. Your efforts will be instrumental in developing new sales channels and supporting our sales team to strengthen our market position.
Your responsibilities
- Partner Expansion: Identify and establish relationships with key partners across Asia, including brand, distribution, duty-free, and retail channels.
- Negotiations: Lead business negotiations, ensuring smooth project implementation and collaboration.
- Order Execution: Develop plans, coordinate resources, and resolve challenges to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Sales Support: Provide market insights and materials to the sales team, fostering new business opportunities.
- Contract & Risk Management: Oversee contract creation, ensuring compliance and addressing risks during execution.
You:
- Are a natural networker with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You possess a proactive mindset, work independently, and are results-driven.
- Have experience in beauty procurement, brand management, duty-free channels, or retail.
- Have a background in international trade with knowledge of industry processes and regulations.
- Have strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Have a self-motivated and goal-driven attitude.
- Speak and write Chinese fluently
- Have a bachelor’s degree or higher, with professional proficiency in English.
