What you’ll do
Together with the Shop Manager, you’re one of the driving forces behind the team. You work with a close group of all-round colleagues who keep our store running smoothly. Your role is to bring structure: you create schedules, organize daily operations, motivate team members, and provide coaching whenever needed. Communicating clearly, planning ahead, and switching gears quickly come naturally to you.
You also make sure the store looks great and that every passenger receives friendly, professional service. No day looks the same: one moment you’re solving an issue, the next you’re supporting on the shop floor, and in between you’re celebrating wins with the team.
Working hours
This isn’t a 9-to-5 job. Munich Airport is open 365 days a year, from 05:30 AM to 21:00 PM. Early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays are part of the role. Flexibility is essential — and you enjoy working in an environment where plans can shift, crowds fluctuate, and quick decisions make all the difference.
