As a Sales Support at B&S, you always think two steps ahead, and you enjoy working in a structured manner. Reach your full potential as a Sales Support admin
- Assist Account Executives, Sales Executives and Sales Managers with daily activities
- Master the B&S ERP system and attend regular training / refresher sessions
- Make sales / purchase orders in our internal system then process the order
- Answer and screen internal and external phone calls and emails from clients
- Maintain and update supplier / customer records
- Prepare logistics related documents I.e. invoices, packing lists, shipping documents
- Ensure all correct documentation is maintained in the system for customers
- Liaise with other departments on administrative matters
- Keep track of the orders from submission to delivery
This is you
Your family and friends describe you as an accurate, eager, and organised person. You always think ahead and use your creative problem-solving skills if needed. Even when the situation is difficult, you know how to manage expectations. You enjoy working in a young team full of energetic, social people.
You:
- Completed a degree at a university, college or higher-education level
- Enjoy taking a supportive role in a fast-growing, commercial environment
- Have experience in working with Excel and you would like to develop your Excel skills
- Have a good command of English language in speaking and writing.
