Reach your full potential as Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, you are the driving force behind the growth and development of our Non-Food Retail activities. You report directly to the division Director. You have the unique opportunity to further shape a dynamic and rapidly expanding division, where your operational ideas and insights will make a significant impact.
In this key position, you are responsible for establishing, optimizing, and scaling our operational processes. Your energy and critical eye help make workflows more efficient, while your pragmatic approach ensures that your plans quickly translate into tangible results. With your analytical skills and hands-on mindset, you guarantee a smooth-running operation. You monitor customer satisfaction and quality on supply chain level.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and enhance operational processes within our expanding Non-Food Retail activities.
- Ensure efficient execution of these processes, supported by clear reporting and performance analysis.
- Navigate between operational, tactical, and strategic tasks to strengthen our market position.
- Collaborate with various teams to achieve scalability and continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify and resolve challenges from your helicopter view, driving organizational optimization.

Critical thinking and solution-oriented actions come naturally to you. Moreover, you are the connecting factor between sales and operations, purchasing, and support. You have a "get the work done" mentality and are committed to delivering quality in everything you and your team do.
What You Bring:
- A completed higher professional education (HBO) at a minimum.
- A good command of the Dutch and English language
- Relevant work experience in a similar role.
- The ability to effectively switch between operational, tactical, and strategic tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with a hands-on, solution-focused mentality.
- An energetic and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ambition to grow within a flourishing division.
