Purpose of the role
Business support admin is responsible for creating and maintaining product data, ensuring compliance with EU regulations, and safeguarding data quality across multiple segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Create product records
- Update product details
- Handle product queries
- Check data accuracy
- Maintain correct product data
- Ensure data compliance
- Improve data quality
Technical skills:
- ERP system experience
- Data management
- MS office - focus on MS excel and Outlook
- Experience and knowledge in customs code/ HS codes and process improvements will be an advantage
Soft skills:
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate within a team environment
Other skills
- Fluent in English
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree
- 3 to 5 years or relevant experience
