Ready to reach your full potential as Purchase Support Specialist
As a Purchase Support Specialist, you’ll work closely with the Purchasing Manager and collaborate across departments like logistics, finance, and sales. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth procurement processes and maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers. Key responsibilities include:
- Supplier Coordination: Managing relationships with suppliers, following up on orders, and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Order Processing: Supporting the purchasing team by entering and processing orders accurately in the ERP system.
- Inventory Management: Assisting with stock-level monitoring and placing orders to meet business needs.
- Documentation & Reporting: Preparing purchasing reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate records.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with logistics, finance, and sales teams to resolve issues and streamline operations.
- Market Analysis: Monitoring market trends and supplier performance to identify risks and opportunities.
This is you
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused individual with excellent organizational skills and a service-minded attitude.
You:
- Have a relevant educational background, such as a degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
- Have experience in a purchasing or procurement support role, ideally in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Have strong proficiency in ERP systems and Excel for managing data and generating reports.
- Have excellent communication skills in English (Dutch or other languages are a plus).
- Have a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Have problem-solving skills and a keen eye for improving processes.
