Reach your full potential as an HR Business Partner
Based at our location in Delfzijl, you’ll work closely with management and colleagues to further develop our HR structure. You move effortlessly between operational HR tasks and strategic advice, and you have a strong sense of what’s going on within the organisation. Whether it’s recruitment, performance management or workforce planning – you are in the middle of it all, with a sharp eye for both people and business.

In our inspiring Beauty segment, you’ll create HR solutions that align with both company goals and employee needs. Your advice is well thought out, substantiated and focused on progress. What’s more, you’ll have the freedom to shape and implement your own vision on HR.

What you'll do

  • Translate strategic HR data into action: You analyse results from employee engagement surveys, turnover rates and development needs, and turn them into concrete improvement initiatives.
  • Learning & Development: You design creative, tailored learning programmes for different teams, identify training needs with managers and ensure all initiatives support the strategic goals of the Beauty segment.
  • Recruitment & HR projects: You lead the recruitment and onboarding process and contribute to broader HR initiatives, such as job architecture and onboarding of international hires.
  • HR advice & guidance: You serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on topics like performance, well-being, onboarding and offboarding.
  • HR policies & projects: You translate HR policies into daily practice and contribute ideas for improving and implementing HR structures and processes.

This is you

You’re proactive, confident and able to switch easily between different levels within the organisation. You combine a people-first mindset with analytical strength and strategic vision.

  • A completed bachelor's or master’s degree in HRM or a related field
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant HR experience
  • Experience as an HR Advisor or Business Partner in a dynamic environment
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English
  • A strong vision on modern, people-centered HR policy
