Reach your full potential as a L&D Specialist
As an L&D Specialist, you will be instrumental in enhancing the learning journey for employees across our national and international teams. Working closely with stakeholders at all levels, you’ll design, implement, and monitor development programs that foster growth, skill enhancement, and career progression. From onboarding new talent to empowering seasoned professionals, your programs will support our mission to stay ahead in the beauty industry.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement creative learning programmes tailored to diverse teams in multiple regions.
- Shape our onboarding process to provide a seamless and enriching start for new hires across various departments.
- Partner with department leads to assess training needs, ensuring all initiatives align with business goals.
- Lead exciting learning projects, utilising digital tools and platforms to make learning accessible and impactful.
- Measure and evaluate programme success, making improvements to drive engagement and skill development.
- Create a culture of continuous learning that promotes growth, diversity, and innovation.
This is you
You know how to put people at ease and are a good listener. With your creativity and strong command of Dutch and English both written and spoken, you design impactful programmes that truly make a difference. You’ve mastered digital learning tools and technologies, using them to create learning experiences that are both accessible and inspiring. Additionally, you analyse training needs and measure the results, ensuring you consistently get the most out of every training session!
