As Operations Manager Duty Free, you’ll have the opportunity to set up a new team in Dordrecht and make our operations a little smarter every day. Do you get energy from building, improving and working together with colleagues across the globe? Then this is your chance!
Reach your full potential as an Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, you are responsible for everything related to fulfilment within Duty Free. You build a new team and lead this team, focusing on both day-to-day performance and development. You are part of the Duty Free team and work closely with various regions in the world to realize our growth ambitions.
What you’ll do:
• Build, lead and develop the fulfilment team
• Optimize and secure processes around order processing for our international Duty Free customers
• Work alongside the team in daily operations: you handle complex customer queries and escalations yourself and act as the first point of contact for the team
• Monitor and analyse performance, workload and customer satisfaction, and translate these insights into concrete improvement proposals
• Initiate and lead projects within fulfilment, such as developments related to AI
• Work closely with various departments to create scalable solutions and ensure a smooth end-to-end chain
This is you
You get energy from building: setting up a team, making processes smarter and guiding people through change. You feel at home in an international environment with customers in different time zones and colleagues around the world. You combine a clear vision on fulfilment with the willingness to be hands-on in daily operations. You keep the overview, dare to make decisions and manage expectations clearly towards both your team and stakeholders.
You:

• Have experience with BIT and fulfilment-related processes
• Have strong analytical skills: you use data and reports to underpin decisions and improve processes
• Have excellent command of English, both spoken and written; Spanish is a plus
• Are available for 32 to 40 hours per week
