It’s the perfect way to support the communities we’re a part of, while actively living our values of sustainability and social responsibility. Together, we can make a positive impact both socially and environmentally. So, what are you waiting for? It’s time for action!
Start volunteering
Who can join - B&S employees with an active contract (fixed-term or permanent).
Volunteering hours - 8 hours per year during working hours—use them before year-end.
Flexibility - Split hours into sessions (min. 4 hours each).
Approval - Get your line manager’s OK at least one month in advance.
In short, all the conditions are in place – now it’s up to you to decide where you want to make an impact.
Just a heads-up: it’s up to you to take the first step in selecting a volunteer activity, not B&S’s. To make it easier for you, we’ve provided a list of NGOs that align with B&S’s policies and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
